Carolina Choice Select 12 is a pelleted feed formulated with soy oil, flaxseed oil, and coconut oil, all excellent sources of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Beet pulp and soy hulls make up highly digestible fibers, which provide the consistent energy levels required by horses under the strains of competition and training. This performance horse feed includes Yea-Sacc®, Bio-Plex®, and Sel-Plex® from Alltech® to support digestive efficiency, mineral availability, and overall performance. Yea-Sacc® helps maintain hindgut function and fiber utilization, while Bio-Plex® organic trace minerals and Sel-Plex® organic selenium support muscle function, immune health, and antioxidant activity in active horses. With 12% protein, 10% fat, 16% fiber, and a low starch level of 14%, Carolina Choice Select 12 is an excellent feed for performance, breeding, growing, and endurance horses. *All Carolina Choice horse feeds are manufactured in a Rumensin-free facility. FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Feed to horses at the rate of 3/4 - 1 1/2 lbs. of feed with 3/4 - 1 1/2 lbs. of mixed hay per 100 lbs. of body weight. The amount depends on the activity level, roughage quality, and amount of roughage fed. Always provide plenty of fresh water.
